Fines System

The HOA is currently updating a system of fairly imposing fines on any/ all residents that violate the legal covenants. A 20$ per day fee is currently in place. Residents in violation will receive a "Friendly Reminder" letter which will allow 30 days to remedy a violation before a second letter and fines ensue.
