About Us

Surrounded by lush fields and rolling hills lies a unique golf course community Blackthorne Estates. One could scarcely find a more picturesque place to set down roots. A unique combination of townhomes (manor homes), carriage homes and single family homes make up the neighborhood, where all ages and stages of life find the benefits of living in Blackthorne. The community has a homeowners association which is made up of volunteers serving in various capacities and a Blackthorne Investors LLC representative. The neighborhood is growing in leaps and bounds with new home construction remaining strong throughout.  Ryan Homes is currently building single family homes and townhomes.  Bedrock Developers is currently building carriage homes. Sales centers exist on Blackthorne Drive and on Black Sands Drive.  The homeowners association is thrilled to welcome all its new neighbors.
